1. Simply entering someone's name into Google will likely give you too many results, so there are a number of sites dedicated to People Search. Some work better than others.
2. Select a "People Search Engine". You can find a listing of People Search Engines at The Search Engine List.
3. You can try some of the tools listed at Finding-People. They have links to all people search tools in one place.
4. Yahoo People Search is another tool to try, although its functionality is very basic.
5. If all else fails, you can try zabasearch - this will turn up every single phone number, address and person with a similar name going back decades!
